RESA delivered huge at Cascade Middle School. On September 19th, RESA joined teachers, students, and the community to rally behind this school. With a vision of instilling pride and confidence within the students of this school, the principal and staff are making huge changes with an extremely limited budget. RESA decided to support these efforts by improving the campus and donating time, furnishings, and gathering donations from key industry partners. That day included a complete overhaul of the teachers lounge, the main office, every flower bed, and the list goes on. RESA is proud to have been a part of this one-of-many planned improvements for this tremendous school. KIRO aired a piece on the success of this day! Thank you to our industry partners for their contributions!

Stagapalooza was a HUGE success! The parking lot was packed with stagers selling off some of their high-end furnishings to an extremely busy morning crowd. The afternoon included a tasty barbecue, tons of sales, music, give-aways, and fun. At the end of the show, all left over merchandise was donated to a local charity. All of those in attendance are looking forward to next year!

Pamela Ziemann gave a presentation on “Speaking with Clarity, Confidence and Conviction" to the RESA Seattle Chapter. Her information was an introduction for entrepreneurs, which was targeted to any small business owner. Just as a Stager providing a bid can only speak about the tip of the iceberg, in terms of their knowledge, so did Pam share a small part of what her experience and expertise can do to help grow small businesses. Her innovative teaching style kept the group engaged and focused on how to improve presentation skills and articulate great ideas so clients can embrace them and take the next step. Pamela offers a limited number of Private and Group Coaching Sessions each month. For more information, go to www.OnlineSpeakingSchool.com or call 425-223-0123

The Washington Region of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) launched the Seattle Chapter at Picture Source in Georgetown. An amazing turnout of stagers, real estate agents, and industry partners turned the event into one of the most successful RESA chapter kick-offs ever. Quality Rentals, Picture Source, and other Valuable Industry Partners donated prizes and assisted the chapter in raising funds to be used for philanthropic activities and future events. RESA Seattle is grateful to all those who attended. The night was not only enjoyable but also a sampling of the type of fun, networking and business opportunities, and support that RESA offers its members.
